Slacker Essentials (eða Nauðsynjar Tossans) er þriggja manna hljómsveit sem er skipuð af Ísleifi (hann) á trommur, Víf (hán) á bassa og fetlaborð og Fíónu (hún) á baritón gítar. Hljómsveitin skilgreinir sig sem einhverja bragðtegund af póst-pönki og / eða Alternative Rokki. Komið til þess að dansa, gráta eða dansgráta.
